- Looks like a Mancala board, but I’ve never seen one with just three pits. Wonder if it could be part of a larger set. The holes around the pit are for scorekeeping, iirc.

- It’s not hand carved, it’s nearly impossible to make circular cuts like that by hand. The same goes for cutting a perfectly symmetrical circle of small holes. Machines can do both easily.
